Perhaps the best of the New 52. The first instalment of their take on the ever-darker adventures of the Caped Crusader, a story arc entitled “The Court of Owls” and the name of the first Hardback of the series, 'Batman: Vol. 1: The Court of Owls (The New 52) that product is so interesting. For centuries, the Owls have been a nursery rhyme but with the first victim already out in the open, Batman finds they're very real indeed. Volume 1: The Court of Owls covers the first seven issues of Batman … a series that will not fail to keep you on the edge of your seat from the very start. Of course all of these are my thoughts only and I welcome and encourage the readers of the column to add their comments.
